Engage your creative nature by truly nurturing an understanding of your authentic self so you can improve your general well-being.

The Soul Nurture Project Facebook Community is heart-crafted to be a space for expressive arts for personal growth and authentic alignment.

Share the results from your creative world and receive what I would call an "aesthetic response" which is sharing a potential title for the creation or what your creation evoked from other group members.

Hi, I’m Kelly!

My journey to sharing expressive arts is a personal one as much as a professional one.

I have always been creative. It has been an important part of my inner world, being an introvert. I always have something creative happening.  It could be what is traditionally seen as creative, i.e. painting but it could be creating content for this website, for instance, or it could be in cooking and creatively finding solutions to a missing ingredient.

What I recognize is that creativity is always doing something tangible – although that is the outcome. Creativity as a process is about holding space. It is pondering sometimes, and at other times simply being. All is based on being centred within oneself, being in nature is my favourite resource to centre and be myself, from this space creative sprouts.
